Thanks ... I would say it was worth it, finding it to be one of the best fractal programs yet even though it is a bit glitchy and less user friendly :nod:

It shouldn't be long before I can afford a new machine...I also want to try a few other programs like StructureSynth, UltraFractal, and XenoDream - none of which will work on my poor little laptop.

i tried structure synth but it looked like too much of a longterm project before i could get anything cool from it...i'm not good with numbers!.. Surprised your lappy struggles with UF in comparison to MB3D , some formulas are a bit slow but in general its ok..and it has the added bonus of being able to stop and start again mid render which i love as it means you can stop a render do a different task and then restart the render from where it left off. So long as you have a high end graphic card Fragmentarium should run fine so get a custom built or add on a good card when you get a new machine :)
