These random looking Bryce abstracts normall look all alike to me, but this one is special somehow, fascinating, I'd love to know how these are made :)

Thanks, glad you like .. i do try to find new interesting things in bryce..sometimes I get there.. :) sometimes not ;)
Sure..it depends if you know Bryce at all but basically it is just a bunch of reflective objects placed inside reflective objects along with some different lights.. find the right places where interesting things are happening and there you go...or you can do it the other way around and set it up so you are already where the interesting things happen..but that maybe leads to the more usual Bryce pieces you see ...
Note me i you want to know more :)

I havn't played with Bryce in ages, and B7 is a pest for crashing. So kind of drifted away from it (shame on me) I would like to know more yes, as I used to only use Bryce for effects and simple stuff :) Never made anything like this, I'm not that good :XD:

haha i'm not that good either :) I just play around in there a lot ;)
There are some really good tutorials to do under bryce abstracts.. I will find the links or trawl through my resources file in my favourites :) It is remarkably easy to make some very pleasing stuff .. let me know if there is anything you want to know or don't understand :D

Love playing around with 3D programs, never know what it'll surprise one with :) Hmm, the only thing I never understood in Bryce is the lack of posable objects possibilities, reflections are super and from the method you discribed, could be really fun to delve back into it :D Thankies for that :)

you can get endless objects for free from various sites to add to the basic ones... also you might not have noticed but just beside the Object tab there is a little tiny triangle..click on that and it gives you all the boolean shapes etc :D You can make just about any shape in other programs like sculptris or blender and import the object into bryce to play with in a 3D environment
