Getting a bit 'old skool' on ya
Was thinkin of doing a series in 'nice' blues and 'nice' warm tones after reading about the effects of blue lighting on sleep patterns, turn out that light in the blue section of the spectrum sets our bodyclocks and that all the modern lighting is mainly blue unlike the warmer tones in old incandescent bulbs.. this means that too much artificial light ruins your ability to sleep and mucks up your body clock...conversely if you do not get enough blue light during the day your bodyclock doesn't register it has had a daytime ....
So if you put a nice strong blue wallpaper on during the day to simulate your daytime and switch to a warm one when working at your desk in the evenings maybe it will help alleviate the negative effects of modern lighting!!
.. well it's worth a go eh!
thanks for enjoying
